There are several individuals that assist people who are researching the 95th BG as well as relatives that were members of the 95th BG. Any of these people can be contacted for assistant with research related to the 95th BG.
If you have information, pictures, documents, and even personal artifacts related to the 95th BG please contact the 95th BG researchers so this can be added to the 95th BG archives.
95th BG Researchers:
Rod Hupp - Researcher
Rod is the proud son of Doral A. Hupp who was a Ball-Turret Gunner with the 412th BS and a POW at Stalag 17B. Rod has been a volunteer researcher for the 95th BG since 2002. He has spent several years sorting through all the available documents to create detailed databases for 95th BG missions, personnel, and aircraft.
When not working on 95th BG reserach, Rod is a Boy Scout leader and an avid sportsman. He lives in Annandale, Virginia, about 10 miles west of Washington, DC. He has worked for Computer Sciences Corporation for over 31 years and is currently a Senior Project Manager.

Bob "Peeps" Pieper - Researcher
Bob is the proud brother of 1st Lt Ferd Pieper, Lead Navigator 336th BS; 95th BG.
Bob Joined the Navy during the Korean War and was a Tincan (Destroyer) Sailor for most of his 20 years.
He retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer in 1971 with a 1st degree black belt in judo and a commercial pilots license. Bob went to work for Diebold Inc. in 1971 and specialized in Electronic Security and ATMs. He retired from Diebold in 1994. In the evening and weekends Bob taught judo and flying.
Currently, in addition to doing research for the 95th BG he teaches Judo and Jujitsu to Law Enforcement Officers and Prison Officials. Bob presently has a 6th degree black belt in Judo and in Jujitsu.

Russ Askey
Russ is the proud son of 1st Lt Russell E. Askey, navigator for the 336th BS Howard Slusser crew, who completed 35 missions during April - July 1944.
Russ is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and retired from the Coast Guard after a 22-year career. He then went to work for several startup companies, before retiring a second time after spending 8 years at Cisco Systems.
